she has 15 years experience caring for patients in hospices, nursing homes, and hospitals.

Renate Krämer, Nurse
Renate graduated from nursing school 1994, and has been
a hospital staff nurse in general medicine for eight
years. She is especially interested in alternative medicine. |

The resident manager, Ann Cutcher, MD lives in the cottage on the grounds
of Enso House. She or her designee is available 24 hours daily. Dr. Cutcher
will not function as a physician for any resident without prior arrangement.
Residents are encouraged to keep their primary doctors. The caregiving staff
includes a nurse and a certified nursing assistant. It is intended that all
caregivers will be CNA trained. Nurse delegation training and duties will be
determined on a case by case basis. Dr. Cutcher and the staff of caregivers
will make daily general care management decisions with the help of RN's and
LPN's from Home Health and Hospice of Whidbey General Hospital whenever
necessary. These nurses are available for home visits as needed 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
